Having received my paperback copy of DIY SEO & Internet Marketing Guide from Amazon.com I was keen to delve in and start reading. Book in hand I retired to bed and set about the first section. Clearly written as an introduction to the basic concepts of internet marketing for those without so much technical knowledge I must confess to skipping over much of the first few pages, however it wasn't long before some concepts i had not considered before has presented themselves. This book could indeed be useful i thought, and continued onto the next chapter of the book.
Having read the start of the second section it became obvious that this guide was going to jump straight into it and that i would need my PC at hand. I decided to do as the book suggests and tackle each part, in turn before moving onto the next and so i decided to make a fresh start the next day.
I worked through each section in turn, addressing search engine optimization issues with my website as suggested. Each step seemed to flow naturally into the next, and i felt confident i had identified and rectified some issues with my website that may well have been effecting my search engine rankings.
Overall, the DIY SEO & Internet Marketing Guide is a very helpful resource for webmasters looking to improve traffic to a website, both beginners in addition to those with more SEO experience.
